Attending Court In Person or By Zoom
You may attend 16th Judicial Circuit court hearings in person or by Zoom, unless the Court or your lawyer tells you otherwise, If you choose Zoom, join at the date and time on your paperwork.
To join through the Zoom Court Directory, click the “Join Hearing" link for your courtroom. For instructions, go to KaneCourt.org and select “How To Use Zoom." For help, visit the Kane County Law Library or call 630-406-7126.
If your case is scheduled in the Aurora, Elgin, or Kane Branch Courts you may appear in person at any time court is in session. If you choose to appear via Zoom, you may do so beginning at 10:30 a.m. from the Zoom Court Directory.
